Te Puke MCC Rocks

After three rounds of the Yamaha National Enduro Series Te Puke Motorcycle Club are now class leaders in the Yamaha National Enduro Series.

Fresh from scooping up 3 x ISDE silver medals (Phil, Paul and Chris Singleton) and an ISDE bronze (Murray Jensen) the club now have their sights set on some top national enduro series results.

Series Results after Waimiha:

Reece Burgess and Phillip Singleton are now 1st equal class leaders in the Expert 4 Under class, while Paul Burgess is leading the 50+ Veterans. Allan Burgess has returned to competition with a new KTM 125 SX and is starting to show some speed with a gritty 12th overall at Waimiha despite riding the last two sections with a flat rear tyre.

Murray Jensen has now joined the action but clipping a tree and a wrist injury slowed him down at Waimiha with a 6th place in the Expert Veteran 35+.

In his first year of Enduro's Scott Eastwood is also right up there with 2nd in the Intermediate 4 Over despite missing the first round at Tutamoe.
