Ben has been given a clean bill of health on two counts:
After Valkenswaard his KTM 4T 250 was checked for capacity, along with Tyla Rattray\'s and Alessio Chiodi\'s machines and they were all found to be 250cc or less.
That\'s what you get for going fast Ben....
That followed the check of another nature that both he and Josh were subjected to after Portugal - for banned substances.
They were found to be clean - as were the other tested riders, Mickael Pichon, James Noble, Andrew McFarlane and James Dobb.
