Motocross.com.au report that:
Daryl Hurley sustained a lung injury during the week, allegedly casing a triple jump, impacting his ribs/side on the cross brace while practicing for the grand final of supercross, 19 October.
This was a major blow for Daryl, as he was a major title contender, trailing Craig Anderson by only 3 points.
We here at Motocross.com.au wish him a speedy recovery, and all the best in America in 03.
