From their Feilding office on Monday, Manfeild Promotions confirmed that the 2001 4-Hour Road Race Endurance Championship would again be sponsored by \"Quality Hotel\" Palmerston North.
Supported by The New Zealand Motorcycle Distributors, the ‘2001’ event will run the following classes: 600 Sports Production, Production Superbikes and for the first time, Naked Bikes (machines with no fairings) this class is very popular overseas.
This years 4Hour will move to:
24th/25th of November
As well as the classes mentioned above, there will be several other prizemoney opportunities. These categories are as follows:
\"Iron Man\" for riders who ride the event solo.
\"Veterans\" for riders who have competed in a Castrol 6-Hour
